sitting down to flick through a magazine is my idea of a perfect little me-time. i had a quick look at the gentlewoman at bonanza coffee heroes here in berlin. i'm thinking of getting my own copy, perhaps do you read me?! is stocking it.
did any of you have a look at the current issue of apartamento? is it good?

I also took a time for reading...magazines. It is nice to sit in a bar a get lost in pages other had read before, trying to think what they have thought...

I have The Gentlewoman, love it, so great .... I subscribe to Apartamento, but being Australia it always a bit behind, but I can't wait to see it !!!

Berlin? Ich muss zugeben um diesen Wohnort beneide ich dich^^ hier in Münster ist alles so.. überschaubar. Zwar auch keine Kleinstadt aber nicht die Größe von der ich träume. Mal sehen, vielleicht ziehe ich ja auch in deine Stadt? Welche Gegend ist denn da absolut empfehlenswert?

i think i don't say often enough how much i love hearing from you. i KNOW there are real people out there, coming to my little place here, but if they don't talk to me, how can i ever be sure... i really love this kind of two-way-conversation, so keep your comments coming. quite often they come in when i'm working and are always, always such a lovely surprise. like a friend calling unexpectedly with a slice of cake. if you know what i mean.

elisabelle: recently these moments have been few and far between, but i so enjoy every one of them. (at the moment, though, i enjoy having a visitor from marseille - you know who!)
mimi: ich kenne münster gut, habe dort sieben jahre gelebt und viele schöne erinnerungen. vielleicht solltest du mal nach berlin kommen und die stadt erkunden. ich mag prenzlauer berg, kreuzberg und wedding. neukölln kenne ich nicht so gut aber dort gibt es spannende, schöne ecken. und zum bummeln: mitte!

Magazine time is one of life's little luxuries. I love time to sit and read whole newspaper too.
